Why does this look so good??

OK, for some reason, i don't like mockumentaries (films that pretend to be documentaries) even though i'm in the process of writing one at the moment. But i found this trailer and I totally love it....

anyone tell me why???

It does look pretty good, looks like a nice change to the mockumentaries I've seen.
