therepy question
 

when going to therpy it's mostly a weekly thing but can it be like every two weeks because i don't know if i could handle going every week

im sure that would be fine, just ask your therapist, i know a couple of people who used to got 2 weekly instead of every week.

yep, iv been once a fornight before, your therapist should be fine with it =)

Like said above I'm sure it will be fine and you should speak to the therapist about how you want things to work, remember its much better for you if you are comfortable with everything and if you think going every two weeks will work best then I'm sure she will try and fit it with that.
