If last series it anything to go by (and I know change in writters and rubbish mean it may not be) then there are going to be subtle hints of everything all the way throguh,.. and think I saw a few lol

glad not only one... my boyfriend keeps telling me how it's really a happy ending if you think about it... but it's not... 6 times I've seen it now.. and still makes me cry... only 2nd thing I'e ver found (TV/film wise) that makes me cry lol
