Chat Question...
 

When I go into chat, and click log in, it says, 'your name is not availability'...and it won't let me in...

Any ideas why? And I've retyped my user name and password many times, so I know it's not a misspelling...

I *think* it's because you have // in your name. Chat doesn't allow usernames with that in, I don't think, which is a bit silly but y'know. If you PM James then he can change your username for you to whatever you want, as we can't do it ourselves. Hope that helps. :)

I can use chat fine. Although I log into the forums first, then enter chat. But I've not used chat lately, so it may have changed...

longing the ~ symble seems to work in chat, so you shouldn't have a problem :)

Broken just go ahead and email Harley or James with what you would like your new username to be and they will get that taken care of for you :). Please be patient those, this could take a couple of days.

Bear in mind once I get it and change it you will have to use that name to log in with.

Really sorry Chat does that - and it's about the only thing I don't have control over fixing!

I have complained and we will continue to hope they sort it
