Buzzing
 

My head feels like its buzzing, like Im on a high (but I havent taken anything). It is totally the opposite of last week where I was suicidal, but now I feeling energetic and my mind is racing, but thoughts arent really making sense. I feel weird at the moment, like Im not really taking part in life, like its just passing me by and Im not involved.

Are you getting any kind of help from a professional? If so you should let them know how you are feeling.

How long have you been feeling the way you are? Is it something that will pass in a few hours or is it likely to last days?

Maybe you should go to the doctors? If you keep having highs and lows for no reason (like you haven't taken anything) then I think it might be worth getting it checked out. Take care xx
