What is the differance between...

Panic attacks and Anxiety attacks?

I have often wondered.

I asked this once, too! The general reply I got said that panic attacks are more phsyical. Like trouble breathe, shaking, sweating. While Anxiety attacks are attacks of overwhelming feelings of anxiety. I think.

Hmm, I thought going definitive would help but still don't think this clarifies it =/

Hard to explain.

I think anxiety attacks are where you are thinking about something that makes you anxious and it's overwhelming. Panic attacks are where the physical symptoms seem to come out of nowhere when you aren't even thinking about something that makes you anxious. But the symptoms are exactly the same other than that.
