Referring Back To CPN??

I was referred to a CPN last summer but only had a few sessions, 5 i think and stopped them at the end of Sept - things had improved and they felt i didnt need their help.

However, since Xmas things have become really bad again and I feel I desperately need some extra support - But is it likely my GP will refer me back in such a short space of time? Or what other options are there for me do you think?

course your gp would refer you (if he has any sense) have you tried phoning the cpn or her service back directly cos usually works that you can contact direct if in a certain space of time.

alternatively you could ask the gp if there is a counsellor at the surgery or on the nhs that he/she could refer you too?

or samaritans?? xxx
