i feel like crap :ermm: iv not slept in 3days and my head hurts so much im trying eveything possible to stay safe im watching the most random crap on tv

i feel like iv lost touch with everyone on here and i feel so alone in my life and that makes me sad and angry at the same time im so fed up with myself i hate my life and i want to cut so badly and then sleep

why cant i feel better, why do i feel like this im so sad and alone and i feel like im being so stupied posting this and moaning
