i feel soo pathetic.
i've cut for the past three days straight and i promised myself and my boyfriend i wouldn't do it.
but for some reason, i just had to do it.
and the worst part was it was in school.

how pathetic.
i feel so low.
and i'm unsafe and super triggered.
i can't sit here forever.
but almost nothing else entertains me.
or distracts me.

i just really need someone to talk to.
and i can't find no one else.

*Hugs* Im really sorry your having such a tough time. Do you know what it is thats causing you to harm yourself? Whats going on for you? Are you able to talk to us about things some more? Your not pathetic at all. Self harm does not make you pathetic, please dont put yourself down. You can get through this. Have you tried talking to your boyfriend about things? Do you have any support? Do you know what it is thats making you so low? We are all here for you, keep safe and id advise you to keep anything that you could harm yourself with out of sight, so that your not tempted to hurt yourself even more. Stay strong. Dont give up.

Sweetie are you getting any help for your SH?
Promising people you won't cut is a very hard promise to keep it is a lot of pressure on yourself. Your boyfriend may be upset if he finds out but that will only be because he loves you.
