As far as i know you can make as many accounts as you like on here...there was a thread not that long ago about it (i'd link you but i knows not how to do these things) should be on this page or the next methinks

If you want to change your name go to control panel and click request username change and you can request a change but it will take a little while to change.

Or if you want a complately new account sign out and register again.
