omg i didn't think i would made here again i'm now 5/6mths self harm free and well i aint even thought about doing it i have been so happy apart from stuff with my mum but i'm not letting it get to me so let hope i can make it a yr now

Congratulations hun :) I'm sure you'll soon sort out the stuff with your mum and then you can possibly start to tackle your panic attacks. But it sounds like you're doing well. Remember one step at a time :)
