The easiest way to get a mod is to post report the thread/post in question or e-mail them at moderators@recoveryourlife.com

I know but I dont want to trigger any of them

put a note in it about it being triggering?

If you want to report something but don't want to trigger a mod, then you could report something else of the same member's but state that it's another thread or issue that you're reporting & state that it's triggering.

That's one way of many, x
