Is it me, or did these used to only appear if you clicked on it?

Now they appear when you hover over it?

Did it get changed or am I being dense?

I keep thinking I get a pop up when I wiggle my mouse over the page and it flashes up but just the outline.

Does that make sense and does anyone else get that?

The hover thingy annoys me.

Or I try to click out of the menu, and I click that stupid invisible link and still end up going somewhere. This is will take some getting used to.
