i need to start finding good distractions for when i get triggered
my friend used to teach herself arabic when she was triggered/scared

Hey sweetie i don't think i can add any many others as there are loads on the big distraction list.
I don't know if it is on the list but going on the games arcade is very distracting and obviously posting answers to all the quizzes on f&d.

I was learning to walk on my hands, i can't practise at the moment, but it was a great distraction.

cats cradle - if you have no idea what i'm talking about, its basically this game i used to play at school when i was younger. You take a long loop of string, hold it round your hands and make patterns with the string. it keeps my hands busy fiddling with the string so i find its a great distraction.

^ I used to love cats cradle, though I wasn't very good at it!
The best distraction for me is to go for a run as it helps clear my head.
