I'm sorry that you've been left with very little support, have you been referred to another CPN? It might be a good idea to talk to your doctor and see what other support can be put in place for you. Your psychiatrist really should have explained your diagnosis, is there a chance that you could see a different psychiatrist? Ask for the help that you need and deserve, no one will give you it unless you ask. I hope that something gets sorted for you soon. Take care.

Ditto, I have BPD and don't even see my GP regularly, they just left me to get on with it. Luckily I have a passion for reading and research or I'd be none the wiser.
I'm sorry you're going through this, it really sucks, keep fighting for your treatment and help, phone them and ask for updates regularly. Hugs xxxxxxxxxx |
