I have bpd and am starting to get really jeloues of my boyfriends ex he never talks about her but showed me a pic of her last week the only 1 he has he said he sometimes talks to her online and i feel so jeloues now i know he loves me adn would never hurt me but it is really getting to me and making so emotional i cant stop thinking about she is in australia.also my bf said there is no chance of him ever having her back when i asked him advice would be great

It would be a good idea to talk to him about how you feel, especially tell him that you feel uncomfortable with him talking to her so often. Maybe then he will be able to put your mind at ease. You also need to remember that he did once love this girl and he might still be friend with her, but that doesnt mean that he doesnt love you. He chose to be with you, surely that must count for something. I know its all too easy to get jealous but he is with you and loves you, he doesnt love her anymore and doesnt want to be with her, they can still be friends, but that is all they are, nothing more.
