Well done that is an amazing achievement

I can hardly remember making this thread for some reason!

But I am happy about being 18 months free. I will be going through some changes in the next couple of months, and probably some more in about 6 months. My psychologist is leaving and I'm having my last session with her next week. I've made her a bracelet (I make lots of people who work with me stuff, its sort of my 'thing') with pink and clear AB swarovski crystals. I'll be seeing the CPN in the clinic instead, and I'm quite worried as she's only seen me when I've been really ill, except for once or twice. So I'm scared. But I'll be fine :)
