2 steps forward one step back
 

ok so its been about 2 months since i last hadnt self harmed.
i did a tiny tiny bit last week and i feel like im going back into that cycle
with exams and **** going on i feel like i am gunna resort to it again to cope
im afraid

i got exams coming up aswell so i no how stressful it is. theres nothing wrong with slipping up its about how you cope after that that matters. if you feel like your getting back into that cycle is there anyone that you can talk to so when your feeling triggered you can call them and distract yourself?? anyways hope your ok
