I have cut myself again but this time it is very very painfully I cant even seem to touch it to clean it is there anything I might be able to do???

Where did you cut yourself? With what (was it rusty e.t.c)?

On my wrist..... Yer it was a bit rusty but not much.... I dont think its too deep lol... I done that the other day lol... I just dont know how to clean it and it looks a bit evil this time.... Anything else???

If your tetnus shot isn't up-to-date you need to head to your nearest hospital, and if you can't remember your last tetnus shot you'll also need to head over. If the wound is gaping/edges won't stay together/bleeding won't stop you need to get to the hospital as well. Although, you can go without getting it looked at, I advise against it. (Based on personal experience, I wish I would've gone to the hospital on occasions like your describing).

I dont even know if I have had my tetnus lol.... well it is bleeding but its a reast cut so it still should be bleeding right??? I dont think it is gaping I havent really looked at that much lol That sounds stupid dont it???

If you cut with something rusty, and you don't know about your tetnus, get yourself to the hospital asap. That in itself is enough to warrant a trip.

Ok but I was only like down there yestaday they will think something is going on and might want to keep me in like some metal patiant....

Well, if they don't know your history, you could always make something up. "I was cleaning up my basement" or something along those lines. If they do know that you self-injure, just tell them the truth. And, as long as it was not with suicidal intention, they can't lock you up solely on the fact that you cut.

But I think they know lol.... I dont like hospitals and doctors as it it I would like it more if I didnt have to go....

It's ultimately your choice. But like I said, they can't lock you up just because you self injure.

get to the hospital for a tetnus shot and to have it looked at asap.. Tetnus kills.. its a very painful way to die, your muscles tighten up, you get lockjaw, and basically you get to where you cant move and eventually it kills you... is it worth that risk just cause your embarassed of going to the hospital?

Thanks everyone for your support.... I went in the end I just had to think about it.... I just felt dum and stupid and I was alone last night and I dont know what to do....
