Trigger Rape
 

ok so
i got raped a while back in may
he was 14 i was 17
i finally spoke out about what happend
and now i have court to deal with
my mom has to speak because iam still a minor
its just im scared
i have a harrassment order and we are going to court next week
im just nervous and worried
i need somebody to talk to
any advice?

There's no need to be afraid because the danger's over now.. in some ways this part may even be worse, speaking from experience, but you don't need to be scared - you're safe now.

WOW. You are so brave for going to court about this.

I'm not sure what it's like for minors in court. But you could probably get a support worker to be there with you.

Please post here about your feelings and all that jazz if it helps you. I hope things go all right. Court is next week? Have you thought about bringing something there to comfort you?
