first hot chocolate of the season
 

I don't know what the weather is like for you at the moment, but it's a bit of a chilly night here. So I decided it was time. From the back of the cupboard I dug out a jar of something i've been saving since the beginning of spring. Hot Chocolate. Options, Belgian Chocolate flavour.
Normally I hate the cold. I'd rather be warm and comfy, like the weather we've had this summer, when it wasn't raining. but this is the good part of the coming winter; the fact that I can now start drinking hot chocolate again. It just doesn't taste the same when drinking it late on a summers night.
So I'm taking it upon myself to officially declare Hot Chocolate Season: OPEN.

ha I had hot chocolate as my breakfast all of last week.

And my students union does a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshamallows that costs about £1 but is so so yummy!

But then again at uni I foolishly got hot chocolate out of a vending machine, but there was no chocolate, it was just hot! like hot milky sweet water with no chocolate, so disappointed.

ha, i've just made myself a nice hot chocolate to go to bed with!

Me and my housemate actually made hot chocolate tonight with the same brand and flavour.

I drink hot chocolate all year round (I'm always freezing).
You can't beat a winter night with a hot chocolate and blanket though.

you need hobnobs and a film with a blanket on the sofa or hot chocolate with hobnobs in the bath <3 nom. =]

Heh heh excellent, but can I just ask, while I'm here have they started selling eggnog in Starbucks yet?! They seem to do them every year around xmas time but I don't know how early on they start.
They're my favourite drink of all time; don't care how much they cost..:-)

Some stores have xmas decorations up already. And I've seen Xmas related commercials on TV and they're all winter related things. I wouldn't put it past starbucks to have it on their menu already.

I've seen chocolate bars with snow on their wrappers. >.<

I love Orange hot chocolates by Options. It's like a Terrys chocolate orange.. but in hot liquid form. ;]]

I've not yet embraced the coming winter with quite the same zeal. Yesterday I bought a milkshake (go figure) but I have found myself being drawn to the hot chocolate asisle in Tesco....I think the time is nigh!
