Hi
And well done for going this longs.Distraction depends on the individual and the situation at the time.
Theres the distraction page here.
I personally find singing really loudly and cleaning as doing so helps.
Screaming inside a pillow.
drawing and writing.

Could try them all and see whats best for you.
"keep going"

It really depends on what you are feeling and how you like to relax. Being triggered covers so many different emotions. If you are angry then maybe try running or working out. If you are mega stressed out then try haveing a bubble bath or soemthing relaxing. Maybe try going out with friends? You could pick up knitting or crotcheting (sp?) or making bracelets or anything that keeps your hands busy. Do gimp (aka. Boondoggle/plastic lacing) or make friendship brcaelets or something like that.
Hope you feel better soon <3

You spelled it right... :)
Crocheting has helped me the most, since having something mindless to do with my hands to distract me is usually really helpful for me.
