@ 08:42 in the moring...that's never a good thing right?

For the first time in a couple of years I found myself drinking straight from a vodka bottle yesterday to make myself function...that's never a good thing either - is it?

What is a good thing is that you aint trying to hide it by coming out and talking about it. I imagine this would have gone unmentioned a few years back?

I hope this is just a slip. I hope that the events that lead to this happening can be resolved.

Seems to me that if you have gone back to something you stopped two years ago that this is a pretty big shout out for some help, or a wake up call to yourself?

Dont let this spiral. Deal with it now. I know inside you dont want another morning like this one or you wouldnt have posted.
