Mental health awareness day!! I need your help!!
 

OK, so world mental health awareness day is on the 10th of October (this Friday)

I've decided to set up a campaign at my school to raise awareness and money. But I'm not sure what to do! I need your help guys!!

I'm gonna speak to the head tomorrow, and ask to put up posters and stuff, but I'm not sure what to ask people to do. I was thinking that I could ask people to wear green or sliver (the official colours of the day) and also thinking of running a competition, naming a star that suffers from a mental illness and asking people to guess which one. They would have to pay to enter, and the winner would get a prize (I dunno what that's gonna be yet though)

I need more ideas! Any suggestions? I want to give all the money raised to a charity, but I'm not sure which one to donate to, obviously a mental health charity.

C'mon guys help out me out here! All ideas will be appreciated!

Loved the idea of the clothes & naming a star. You could buy a giant teddy bear as a prize!

yeah your ideas are really great! not sure what else to suggest... you could always do a cake sale if ur school allows them, nd make the icing green or something!
