I know that if you go into a different user's profile you can click on a link to see all the posts that they have ever posted, is there somewhere I can click a link to so that I can see all the posts and threads I ever posted?

If that's what you mean, you just do the same, but to your profile and not someone else's.

…or you can click on your own name next to a post and from the dropdown you should see 'View Public Profile'. Select it and when your profile page loads in the 'Forum Activity' box you should see links for 'Find all posts by …' and 'Find all threads started by …'.

Just goes to show that there is always more than one way to skin a cat ;-).

When you post, click on your own name on the left and then click "find more posts by yournamehere" you don't even have to go through the public profile.
