crashed yet again

Doing so good in the last while but i have crashed tonight for no reason. I just feel like nobody cares about me just now and i deserve to hurt and to be punished. I cant do it anymore

I'm sure that you can pick yourself up again. When you see things start to go wrong is there any way that you can try to prevent them from going any further downhill?
