I've now started back at therapy after the nearly 5 week summer break.
It's been hard, really hard. Beyond hard, I am greatly relieved to be seeing my therapist again, and to be seen by her. In fact 'greatly relieved' doesn't even really begin to describe it... I am a ... different person entirely - having been engulfed almost completely in my Katrina state the past while, I am now more.. Katie again. I want to thank everyone for your support and patience the past month or so. It has helped immensely. It'll take me a little while to get back to my 'regular self' RYL work-wise, so please bear with me as I recover. Thanks again, you are all wonderful, Katie |
*Hugs you gently* Im really pleased to hear your feeling better. Take things in small steps, dont make yourself to do to much at once. It really is great that your feeling better. Im really pleased for you.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I've been thinking of you even though I haven't been posting much, and hoping things have been getting better. Like Syrup said, take your time...we all know what it's like to go through rough spots and no one expects you to be back to your 'regular self' right away. Take care. *hugs*
