On leave from hospital .. update
 

Im an inpatient now in hospital and im on a 4 day leave, thats why i havent been round for a while.

Its really hard and i hate being there but im feeling better.

just thought id let ya all know xx

i was admitted because i was deemed a danger to myself, and my boyfriend and am having "paranoid and distressing thoughts"

Im still on aripiprazole 20mg and im having cbt with the dr too.

Im not 100% but im getting better and im glad im on leave xx

That's good that you're on leave. I hope that you will get better and at one point be discharged.

How is the hospital? Is the environment helpful or unhelpful?

Its alright, staff are really nice and it makes me feel safe - i atually felt scared coming home today !

its just a bit boring and annoying cos im used to doing whatver i like and now.. i cant
