im such a fucking idiot
 

i lost the strip of propanolol i got from the GP. i'd had 4 yesterday. last one i had was late last night. i dont remember where i put the strip. tbh i only realised it wasnt in the box this morning when my mum asked where they were. saw then that the box was open with nothing in it.
im just gutted. im gonna have to wait two days b4 i go back to the GP to get more now otherwise it'll look like iv taken too many if i go today,..i only got them yesterday.
the propanolol rele helped yesterday. im just gutted.
mum's looked in the kitchen where i believe i remember taking th last one, cant find the strip, neither can i. as far i remmember i took the last one out as i walked towards the tap to get a drink to take it.
im starting to wonder whether what im remembering is even right.

i dont just lose tablets like this FFS. especially ones that i rele want to be having there to take when i nneed them.
im just pissed off and gutted with myself .........
