life is telling me everythings fine

my head is telling me everythings wrong

i dont know what to think anymore

just my life at the moment- im going to uni in sept getting away from a family im starting to feel oppressed by, i have an amazing boyfriend and people who are really good friends when i let them be my friends

i just dont know whether to be happy or sad atm

Mixed emotions are normal. Even about something that should be good. Graduating is the end of something as well as the beginning. So is starting University, because it is a new adventure, but it means moving away from your parents.

Feelings aren't right or wrong, they just are.

yeah that makes sense, and true that feelings arent right or wrong they just are.

sometimes i just wont allow myself to be down you know? like i put myself down even further for being upset- i think well what have you got to be sad about, this isnt right. someone i spoke to about this said well maybe each day allow myself half an hour to have a good rant and wallow in self pity and then move on; good advice in theory but it never really works.

i just get scared of my mood swings pushing people away and ruining everything for me =/
