Hey not sure what to say but are you ok?

i know it might feel ok sometimes to be high when you are ie it might seem like a good thing for a bit at times.

Correct me if im wrong as im reading between the lines from what your writing.

But does that mean sometimes when youve felt so high and then things change and you come down that it make things seem so much worse to you like cos youve been on such a high before?

Sorry im not very good at replying especially to things like this but wanted to reply as i was moved by your writing.

I experience many highs. But like some of the others have said, With every high comes a low.
