Ouch!! I know how painful that is! I cut my leg with a razor ( by accident!) and the scar is there years later!! Funny thing i had my other leg in plaster as i had broken my ankle!! Looked very funny as cut was long!!

I understand where you coming from.. clean it and put a plaster on it or something...
