hello RYL and Nancy

I was talking to another member on this forum at the time I heard nancy was Su. I managed to get a phone number and I automatically phoned her up. She sounded very very down I tried to tell her that su is not the answer and that it does not solve anything. She has been feeling SU all day But thank goodness she has not acted and there is only so much we can do. I have told her that she needs help and I even offered to call the help up for her. I don't know what else to do.

Nancy think about what I have said I am here to talk to you whenever you need it. And I am from the uk.

Hey Nancy81, i don't know you yet, but please hang on in there, we are all on this site cos we're going through or have been through the toughest of times and i know that sometimes it seems that there is no end in sight for the pain and turmoil that you're going through. But you really need to hang on in there, it does get better, we're all here to support you. *snuggles you tightly*

Hey Nancy *Cuddles you* im so sorry that you feel this way and that your having such a hard time. You do not deserve this. I care about you and i dont want anything to happen to you. Please dont take your own life. Its really not the answer as it will also have a huge effect on the people around you that care about you. Your a lovely person and i have replied to quite a few of your posts because i care about you and want to help you, we cant stop you from taking your own life. Things wont be like this forever. Keep talking to us.

:crying: thanks guys. its just that i know i do need help its jut that i dont deserve to get help. i dont even think i can be helped. iam just a looser, i mean things are just to difficult and to hard iam trying to fight but i have know fight left in me. i just dont know what to do or where to go or who to turn to to get help not that i deserve to be helped. iam just at my wits end iam so broken i don't think that i can ever be fixed.:crying:
