went to see the therapist
 

hii, well it was my first time to see a therapist didnt go how i thought she was asking lots questions and i was feeling nervous about it i dont think she really understood what i was feeling inside , what happens with all these sessions what do they do i cant see how its going to help, quite confused about it all.

im quite worried for this bext session are they horrible too u and try and dig everything out u sometimes i find it so hard to talk

i just felt like she wanted to know everything their and then she was saying she needed to know and i was just abit in shock and went quite, i know their professional but i heard they try to make u cry in the next session
