Okay listen up. I havent gone anywhere.

Something in my head says" Matthew you cant have good or nice thigs said to you".

I guess another part says that im not ever going to be happy in a relationship again. doomed to be alone and a **** up etc etc.

In therapy we are constantly trying to go over why i can seem to accept any good.

no one has done anything wrong. No one has upset me. My brain just went into full self hate mode and well....
