It isn't as simple as 'needing to "talk" to someone' is it?
 
It's just a feeling of indescribable aprehension mixed with a sense of urgency.

I feel the need to hurt myself, but i no longer feel that there is a "reason" or anything that can help this feeling subside.

I don't even know why i feel this way.

People tell me not to cut, just to talk to them about it, but i honestly don't know what i would say.

It has esculated to a point where simplicity is a word that i don't even understand..

I've lost myself and i don't know where to turn to.

you dont need a reason to feel low hun. if you are, you are.
if you do cut try to keep yourself as safe as possible, dont do too much and keep it clean. talk on ryl whenever you need to and try to let people around you in too.

What are you apprehensive about? Talking to someone?

Urges to hurt yourself is something that you can fight. People say to talk to them because it may help decrease the urges, as well as distraction you from acting on then. It's more important that you feel like you have people there for you, then it is what you say. If you don't know what to say, you can start with saying something like, I'm not feeling well.

To make the urges subside, try doing something that will take your full concentration, or at least some of it. That might mean reading a book, watching a movie, playing a game, going for a run or anything that you enjoy doing.

What do you feel is so complex?

Do you think you can talk through these feelings of apprehension and urgency? I really do draw from your words that you feel as if things have become very complicated and that you now have this urge to hurt yourself but do you think you could even just give a few words as to what may have brought this on or how you feel right now? If you can, try and calm your mind with something soothing to distract you. These urges can and will go but how you feel with being scared and confused won't help - it can be very hard to talk about what's wrong (sometimes you want people to ask what's right as it would be easier?) but we are all here for you and will give you the time and support you need to talk all this through. Maybe you could try scribbling or drawing out these feelings before attempting to put them into words? Take care of yourself love,

I can totaly understand where you are coming from sweet, sometimes words are not enough. Maybe instead of actually talking to someone you you just be around them, sort of like a distraction, or paint/draw/scribble how you feel. Sounds a little odd i know but it does work lol.
