the other day i managed to tell 2 of my friends about my SH. i am far from recovery but they're really trying to help me so at least this is a step forward :)

Telling people is always a scary thing to do, but well done! One person is hard enough, but two? :-) Congrats! Keep it up!

as i said, it's gonna be a while for me to give up SH. it's a huge part of my life. but at least they can keep an eye on me :)

It's brilliant that you were able to tell two people about your self harm, it takes a lot of courage & strength. I am glad they have been supportive x
