He's back again
 

He's following me again and i dunno what to do :crying:

he called frank and he tells me to do stuff... he went for a few months but he came back yesterday

overdose .... or take drugs ... x

Im on medication .. i told my bf but i dont think he knows what to do, bless him. Im seeing my gp on tuesday but i think i should go to the police

Yea, just the way you said taking an overdose or doing drugs makes him go away. I thought he was in your head hun.

You need to call your GP or a counsellor if your really scared by him.

I asked you to phone your GP! Now please do that today! You've been doing so well lately and whatever has triggered Frank to come back it has to be dealt with quicky! We don't want u becoming really ill again!

I read on another of your posts that when you come off medication quickly the man comes back- has there been any change to your meds recently?
I really think you should go to your GP or to A&E and ask to see the crisis team because you are obvviously very scared.

Hey, i seen my gp yesterday and he talked about it with me and upped my medication to 20mgs of aripiprazole.. hopefully this will work .. xx
