HELP URGES BACK
Arrgghhh omg, make them go away! It's been MONTHS since I cut, maybe over a year.. i dont want to but the thoughts are there.. please tell them to go *holds head in hands* i dont want them here.. *cries*

Hey,
Try and take some deep breaths, calm yourself down, and stay positive. Remind yourself of all the reasons why hurting yourself isn't worth it, why you stopped, and that it won't help in the long run. Keep yourself around people, keep yourself distracted. Do things you enjoy, draw, paint, read, write, play online games, etc. It's not worth getting back into the cycle of self-harm again, and you've come this far now that it proves you don't need self-harm anymore. i agree. write a list of reasons not to cut and put it somewhere you'll see often. try to keep things you can use well away from you
and stay distracted. PM me anytime *hugs* |
Thanks guys, I am feeling better now. It just freaked me out coz I hadn't felt like that in sooo long. I won't give in to the feelings though. Thanks for support :)

Well done on making it that long. *hug* Keep hanging in there, distractions... I understand how scary it must be/have been to feel that again... I had made it for nearly 600 days without cutting when I slipped up... wasn't expecting that to happen! but it did... Just keep picking yourself up when you feel like you're about to slip... I am sure that you can do it!

Well done for stopping for that long thats is amazing. Slips up are part of recover dont beat yerself up for if you do
