In pain, why though? :(

Okay well it's not s/h related or anything so i hope thats okay. Anyways...

To start 2 days ago was having a drinking sesh with friends didn't get drunk or anything and went to sleep earlyish and was fine. The next day my arms and thigh muscles are aching REALLY badly. It's painful to walk. As if i've done a weeks workout at the gym. All my muscles ache but my thighs are the worst.

Any ideas? Very much appreciated.

basicly alcohol is a diuretic and causes you to expell water from your body in the form of going to the toilet which in turn makes you dehydrated when you body becomes dehydrated it makes your musscles ache gives you a headache/ hangover the way to cure this is to drink pleanty of water to rehydrate your body.

Make sure that you also drink some sports drinks and eat a good meal with lots of veggies since you also loose lots of electrolytes, minerals, and nutrients when you drink.

Have been drinking water and lucosade (sp). had a veggie dinner and meat. My thighs are still sore but that may be because i went to the gym today. Perhaps should have waited before going. well i'll see what tomorrow holds.

There arent many sports drinks that have what you need in it, so make sure you read the side of the bottle i think that one of the only ones here in the UK is the lucozade sport one that will be of any use but drinking water is the KEY.
