It could be that you were hungry and then because of that you shook and got worried about it and the worry has kept on making you shake. It also depends how much you've eaten and what sort of food it is. As well as that, how long ago you've eaten it, it can take a while for the energy from it to pass into your bloodstream (and the timing depends what you've eaten). Try and sit down ,calm yourself down taking deep slow breaths and have a drink.

Have you done anything which may have required lots of energy such as exercise or have you been purging or something? Those can both cause you to shake a bit especially because of your low BMI. Do you have any other symptoms apart from the shakiness? Have you started any new meds in the last couple of days? Have you been shaky all day or just for a while/ how long?

erm i purged in the morning, and yes i have started new meds for nausea, and my AD's were rcently upped to 60mg.

I have been really tired and exhausted for a couple of days but its only now the shaking started

Some anti-sickness drugs can cause shakiness so it could be that or the increasing dose of your ADs and they can cause tiredness too but it depends how recently you started on them.

It be to do with your ED and that you've been tired with that an you might not have eaten quite enough today and that's what has set off the shakiness. Some viruses also cause you to feel tired and then you start feeling shakey/weak so it could be you're coming down with something.

If you're still feeling like it then go to the doctors and see what they say but try and eat as healthily as you can and hopefully that'll help as it could be to do with a dip in your blood sugar levels
