So...I've stopped cutting twice. Recently, I started carving. I showed two of my friends my now "lovely" abdomen. After being beat up by one of them, the other requested I bring my tool to school the next day. I did and yesterday she drug me to the school's dumpters where she had me throw it in. She held me and said "That part of your life is over." I do so hope that she is right. Part of me feels relieved, like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. The other, is scared that I will find something new. IDK. I'm just so relieved that she gave me the courage to throw it away. ^^b

Well done for throwing it away, sweetie! It's a great step for you to take. Sounds like your friend really wants to help you to get over this :)

It really isn't easy to throw away your tool like that, so you did such an fantastic job, and I'm really proud of you too. It's good that your friend was there with you, and it sounds as if she's being supportive, and wants to help, and having someone like that around you is such a huge thing. Keep fighting this, because you're doing so well :) x
