Tell them all how you feel. TELL THE WORLD! Why hide it? Why hurt over it. YOU WOULD TELL YOUR DAUGHTER NEVER TO HOLD IT IN AND HIDE IT! You would Tell her to get help and talk to people, so do the same.

You CAN AND WILL do this!
