A Prayer (Poem)
 

If I were to pray ever, this is what I would say...

Tell me, so I won't have to worry anymore,
what it will be like, when they open Heaven's Door.
Will the angel's sing, a cheerful song,
will there be that feeling that nothing can go wrong?

Will she like where she will be staying?
and will she be able to watch as we keep growing?
Will she be able to smile at us from above,
but most importantly, will she still feel our love?

Will someone finally be able to help her understand,
why she had to leave this world so early, so unplanned?
Will there be others there to comfort her,
maybe some angels or maybe her father?

God, I have never asked you for much,
but please give her your warm and loving touch.
Help her to find happiness and peace,
and please, let her know,
our memory of her will never cease.
