I'm soooooo happy!!!!!!

Today it has been 3 weeks since I stopped smoking!!!!!! I haven't slipped once!!! Although I have to say the SI urges are a little worse now :( But other than that I feel really good!!! :) Anyone else out there quit smoking?

Go you! i've been smoke free for about a year and a half. hard to stay smoke free but its worth it in the long run. *hugs* keep up the great work!

I've never smoked but one of my social workers is now 19 months cig free! Go you!!!
