I was doing quite well, almost 2 weeks...back to 0 now...Gonna try the butterfly thing...Hopefully it will help.

Firstly well done on going so long without hurting yourself. Remember slip ups are apart of recovery so try not to be too hard on yourself. Now you know you can go as long as you did try for an extra day next time and build it up like that.

Hi there *Big cuddles* Im very sorry to hear that you slipped up, but its important that you remember that this doesnt mean that you have failed and that you should give up on recovery. Slipping up is part of recovery, we all have slip ups. Its excellent to hear that you went almost two weeks without harming yourself. Well done! i think thats brilliant! Do you know what is was that caused you to slip up? Do you want to talk to us about that at all? I understand if you dont. Do you have any support at all? Or anyone close to you that you could talk to?
Did something trigger you? Keep fighting through this, you can do it! I believe in you. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as you possibly can this a huge variety of distractions that you can try like watching a movie, doing jobs to keep yourself buy, posting on the fun and distractions forum, listening to music or going for a walk. Hey congrats for these 2 weeks :) As everyone else said slips are part of the recovering. I hope the red butterfly will help you. Just drawing lines on my arm with a red pen helped me once :)

well done on going so long without SH! as everyone else has says its a part of recovery and you will get there some day just give your self targets and reach them and gradually make them longer
