so stupid

its been ages since the last time i cut
almost 3 years, but recently ive been having strong urges to start again.
I can't talk to anyone about it as they just shout at me and tell me not too.
But they just don't get it.
Things are just so stressful. Sometimes i just think the only way out is to just end it.
I just feel so alone, I cry all the time, and cant take it.
I don't want to relapse, but i'm finding it so hard at the moment to carry on as if everything is normal.
I just dont want to feel alone anymore =(

Aww hunni *hugs*

For starters, you are not alone, you have everybody here to support you and to help you to get through this. If you want to yell at us then do; we all need if from time to time.

Is it worth going back to your GP (I presume you used them to help you to stop before) and just say how you are feeling. I know it is tough, really tough in fact, but it will help immensely to get you back on track. They can then help to take some of the burden off you, to let you regain control without you needing to resort to hurting yourself. If you can't say it, then write it down, because either way you need someone to be there to support you.

Please, just keep talking to us; you don't need to pretend that everything is normal here, we'll accept you wither way.

I can't think of much more to say right now, but feel free to PM me if you need anything. xxx

Hello darlin,

Letting people into our world of hurt and pain can be really tough sometimes because of how they react and I'm sure that just adds to your stress!

Huge congratulations on being 3 years SI free. Going so long without it seems to imply that you can cope without it. It's natural though to feel as though it's something you can go back to as a way to help you cope... but that realistically it isn't going to change anything. What is making you feel like this is the way... what makes you cry?

You certainly aren't alone hun.

Take care of yourself,
Chloe x
