I really really need advice * triggering*
 

Firstly im sorry if this is in the wrong place or labeled wrong, i'm new here!
I the problem im having is my previously very close friend who i fell out with last year is getting married soon and i am invited to the hen night and wedding. but i been diagnosed recentl y with major depression which is a whole other issue but i have paic attacks every time i have to meet her she doesnt get it even tho i tried to explain. i dont what to do if i go i ruin it if i don't go i ruin it i get really anxious juts thinking about i wish i wasnt here!!!
I'm sorry this is really long i dont know what else to do i have no one to talk to!!!

I don't really know what to suggest, but perhaps sit your friend down & talk to her. Try to make her understand. Sorry I can't be of more help xx

Maybe try phoning her, and asking if she has the time to chat about this properly?

I think you should really try and talk to her about it. Obviously she doesn't not like you as she invited you to an important time in her life. Maybe you can discuss the falling out and really consider if it was something that bad?
Whatever you do, do what makes you feel comfortable. Even if that means not going.
