obsession
 

I was just wondering if anyone has ever had or gets obsessed with people? I was recently diagnosed with BPD and i don't know if it's related to that but recently i've become obsessed with a friend. I'm so sensitive when it comes to her. If she just seems a little 'off' with me i start to panic that she's in a mood with me, and i know it's probaably all in my head but i start going over everything that happened last time i saw her tryin to work it out. When i can't i either cut myself or take some pills to try and block it out. I just wanna know how to get over this and for things to feel normal again.
