How long does this life have to go on?
Been ten years, don’t need one more
Moments of peace let us sleep
But there will be a cost of blood and pain
I can still taste the chemicals,
That you poison yourself with
Hoping its this time.
Only waking to find everything’s the same
Will we find away?
Can we reach the door?
Or fade away and be nothing more?
Caught in a world that doesn’t exist
Our body shakes with every death wish
Can’t we just rest?
